We are specialized in casting and exporting gray cast iron and ductile iron manhole covers & gully trench gratings, access covers & grates , channel drainage, kerb drainage, surface boxes and valve boxes.

The municipal castings are manufactured under the following standards:

1- EN 124-2:2015– Gully Tops and Manhole Tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas.

2- AS 3996: 2019–Access covers and grates for use in vehicular and pedestrian areas

3- BS 5834: Part 1982: 2 –Surface boxes, guards and underground chambers.

4- BS 750: 1984–Specification for underground fire hydrants and surface box frames and covers

5- BS EN 1433:2002–Drainage channels for vehicular and pedestrian areas

Australian Standard - AS3996 is nominated standard for projects/applications within Australia. Type testing under AS3996 requires the Access Covers to meet the Ultimate Limit State Design Load (kN) without exceeding the Permanent Set and Deflection Limits. Refer to below for further details.

NOTE: The above descriptions of classes of units reference to “wheel” should also be taken to include “dual wheels”. Norminal wheel loads are a guide only. Consideration should be be given to the type, size and pneumatic pressure of the load in application. A force of 1 kN is approximately equal to the weight of 100 kg.
