3- BS 5834-2: 2011 –Surface boxes, guards and underground chambers.

4- BS 750: 2023–Specification for underground fire hydrants and surface box frames and covers

5- BS EN 1433:2002–Drainage channels for vehicular and pedestrian areas

6- ISO 1083: 1987–Spherical Graphic Cast Iron – Classifications

7- ISO 185: 1988–Grey Cast Iron – Classifications

 Cover types: 

   Badging for manhole Covers & Surface Boxes; Embossed options include: GAS, CATV, FH, AV, SV, WO, SW, FW, WATER, TRAFFIC SIGNALS, STREET LIGHTING, CCTV, MOTORWAY COMMUNICATIONS, VALVE, TFL, FIRE HYDRANT etc

  Coating: Black Bitumen coating, epoxy powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, waterborne Paint, matt black paint, enamel,fusion bonded epoxy (FBE)  etc

Access Covers and Grates Comply with AS3996-2019,in the following AS3996 class ratings:

Class A (Extra Light Duty),Class B (Light Duty),Class C (Medium Duty),Class D (Heavy Duty)

Class E (Extra Heavy Duty) – Limited Range,Class G (Extra Heavy Duty)

Types:

Ductile Iron solid top, Concrete Infill Access Covers and Frame

Gas and Air Tight Access Covers and Grates

Brass or stainless steel decorative edge available.

Vented covers and peep-eyes are also available.
