Quality is paramount and is the key to a successful business. We are committed to producing high quality metal castings. At each stage of the production process we apply different quality control methods, which guarantee high quality and repeatability of the product’s parameters.
1. IQC (Incoming material Quality Control)
All raw material used by us is certified ingot from suppliers. We also double check within our labs. All unqualified raw materials are rejected. Each load of ingot is backed by a qualified certificate of analysis. All materials are kept separately during the manufacturing process to avoid contamination between alloys.
2. PQC (Process Quality Control)
All material is melted in our electric induction furnaces. Thermal Analysis: metal temperature is critically controlled during the melting and pouring of metal. Immersion temperature pyrometers are used to get metal temperature during melting and to determine proper pouring temperature prior to pouring. Spectrographic Analysis: Spectrometer and carbon sulfur analyzer are also used to analyze the chemical composition. Test bars and test pieces are also poured to get physical properties, microstructure, mechanical properties like tensile strength, yield strength and elongation and chemical composition of various alloys.
3.FQC (Final Quality Control)
We do both visual inspection and mechanical inspection on every piece of finished products before proceeding to packing.
1. Visual Inspection
After cleaning, shot-blasting, grinding and polishing, we do visual inspection for defects or unsound properties in castings.
2. mechanical inspection
After visual inspection, we will use vernier caliper and other gauges to gauge to ensure the dimensions to meet customer’s technical requirement.
